Hi everyone,

I was asking about lenses 50mm (Canon 50mm f1.4 and Canon 50mm f1.8II) in the last journal. Most of your answers were f1.4 and I was really decided for this one. But I found very very cheep lens f1.8 last week and bought it. I think this lens is really cheap and looks really plastic and paltry, however, the first shots are very good. The sharpness is excellent. And I must say again that the price was really very low. Now I would like to try this lens in a few following months and then I will decide if I sell it and buy f1.4

When I have been at a shop buying a filter for the 50 f1.8 lens I have noticed Tamron 70-300 lens for a very good price. Even though it is probably the cheapest telephoto lens in the market, I have bought it for I won´t be able to save enough money to buy better and more lightining glass.

So I have three lenses which should be sufficient for now and which I am going to replace one by one for a better ones in time.

I just got the 50mm f/1.8 II the other day. I'm very pleased with it so far, especially since it is so cheap, like you said. it doesn't focus very well in low light though. but that's ok, because i tend to take a lot more pictures in the daytime, or with flash in lowlight
